Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all rentals and services provided by VenPenn Enterprises LLC, doing business as 322 Storage Station (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By renting a storage unit or making a payment through 322storagestation.com or in person, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Rent Payments
- All rent payments are due in advance of the rental period.
- Payments are applied to the upcoming billing cycle and not retroactively.
- Once a rental period has begun, rent is considered earned and non-refundable, except as outlined below.
3. No Prorated Refunds
We do not provide prorated refunds for early move-outs or partial use of a storage unit.
- If you vacate your unit before the end of your billing cycle, no refund or credit will be issued for unused time.
- Customers are responsible for providing proper notice of move-out in accordance with their rental agreement.
4. Administrative Fees
Any administrative, setup, or processing fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Account setup fees
- Reservation fees
- Late fees
5. Overpayments and Billing Errors
In the event of an overpayment or billing error:
- Please contact us within a reasonable time period
- Verified overpayments may be refunded or credited at our discretion
- Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method when possible
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
7. Auctions and Lien Sales
No refunds will be issued for units that are:
- Sold through lien sale
- Subject to auction due to non-payment
All such actions are governed by applicable Pennsylvania lien laws.
8. Pennsylvania-Specific Notice
This policy is intended to comply with applicable Pennsylvania laws, including consumer protection standards under the:
- Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under Pennsylvania law.
9. Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of management and must be approved in writing.
